Woman is the backbone or pillar of the family to support the daily routine life of the family because of lot of dependency on women especially in India, but the creature to given an extra responsibility to women like bringing a new life to world by nurturing for 9 months in womb and raising the kid as future generation. In this journey, she goes through a lot of physical, emotional and psychological changes. Like from puberty, menstrual period, pregnancy, delivery menopause, which make her weak in some place of her life journey. Our aim is to help and support womanhood and motherhood journey by Ayurvedic lifestyle introduction in her life.

Ayurveda system of medicine has explained beautifully about stree (woman) in one of its eight branch called bala (pediatric branch) which elaborates obstetrics (prasuti) and gynecology problems (streeroga).
